ytd i was watching 'ish...remaja'...tat episode made me watched cos it was abt diet!..hahha..must listen to their experts..they said tt U SHUD EAT TO BE THIN!..hmm..listen everyone!..the real way of dieting were eating a bit at every 3hrs, eat more fruits n veggie...for those who dosent eat veggie den eat fruits..u must eat rice n bread too!..without carbo u wont have energy for the day..yeap!.. *it reminds me during coursework food & nutrition* some teenagers diet wrongly like dun wan to eat so tt they will be thin!..its true bt ur body will nt get enuff nutrients...slowly u will be insufficient in many nutrients...so DUN STARVE URSELF!..heard tt..khekhe..eat!..jz eat in a small portion..n nt forgetting wen u eat u must also exercise! n yea!..there are 2 eating disorder,anorexia & bulimia..anorexic dint eat at all!..n bulimic like to vomit out the fd!..all these NOT GUD!
tht episode was useful for me!..i'll follow watever they adviced...yea!...tts all for today!..
